SELA is currently focused on locating distressed apartment buildings that consist of 20-100 units each. These properties include Short Sales, Foreclosures, Buildings with Violations, Estates, undermanaged properties etc.
The properties are acquired using cash or a mortgage financing.
Once bought, SELA renovates the units as needed, raises rents, and adds value to the buildings while at the same time lowering the building’s operating expenses in order to maximize return on the investment.
